I hadn’t decided on this site at first, I was looking at a variety of other brands and when I emailed the seller I explained that I was a new buyer and didn’t have a totally clear idea of what I wanted. He gave me some recommendations based on the dolls I’d looked at first, and asked what features I preferred most. I asked about many aspects of the doll like what features it had, what I wanted customized, etc. The seller responded promptly to all my requests.
