Yes, the site is reliable. This is better than I expected; I love it. I use it when my wife isn’t home. I knew it would be a pain to clean, but I came up with a great solution when I bought a 1 gallon Chapin bleach and sanitizing sprayer from Lowes. It works great and you can be very discreet when cleaning your toys. The two holes are deep and the size works for me.
